Go forward with a good heart and the way will open up. Sometimes the right path isn’t the easiest or most comfortable but it is worth it. I believe this with all my heart and soul. The ego tempts a defensive posture and pride leads to dead-ends. What is right is fortified not so much in righteousness as it is strengthened through forgiveness - to forgive yourself through the gift of a price that has already been paid.
The picture on the bottom left was drawn by my daughter Emma when she was about three or four years old. Today she turns 14. Despite all my fears and failures I like to think - I believe - that I’m showing her and her sister how to follow what is true within their own hearts and to not be discouraged when misled into the traps of pain that is the untruth of blame, desire and ego. And it’s going to happen. They just need to know there will always be a way out through love and forgiveness.
Arise and let love reach to the other side. There is so much more. O.E.W.

A life well lived is a life of boldness. Not that of the prideful. They retreat within the lie of themselves, but to be bold in stepping out from what is comfortable and secure. To engage life at its’ core beauty. To react in both word and deed, to seek truth beyond what you’ve been told, to dare to pick up the pieces and love again. To make a statement that you flew into the light rather than turning away from it. Against all odds, be bold and take delight in showing the doubters and critics another way. Life is here now.

Hold on to hope with an open heart. In the world today, when so much of ourselves is what keeps us from each other, it’s all too easy to lose hope. But hold on just a little bit longer.
It’s a Wonderful Life - (Trailer)
“… the messages it delivers are so powerful, the principle one being that every single life has value, that every person on the planet has the potential to impact others in positive, meaningful and even life-saving ways. The movie beautifully illustrates that so many times we do this without even knowing it; we are affecting others in beneficial ways without even realizing that we are doing so. The movie tells us, “This is what is important, not that you are well-known, or make a lot of money, or are a super-successful executive/sports star/singer/actor, or have a certain body type or a beautiful face.”
— Mark Redmond
Faith endures. Beyond the self, beyond understanding. Something so much more.
Fear are the walls that have been built up around us and yet we shore-up those walls, brick by brick, not only with what we fear but with the fears of others. Fears that are often passed down, generation to generation. The control, the worry, the doubt. The resentment, the anger. The lack of forgiveness. The protection of ego.
Only through courage that is honest love and in the faith that there is something far better - far greater - can we begin to allow the walls of our self-imposed safe houses begin to crumble.
“Of what purpose is it to build walls that block the light and then strive for enlightenment?” - Michael A. Singer The Untethered Soul
