Too often we seek perfection where it can never be, and in doing so we lose sight of that place where it truly resides. It is in the intent for peace, returning again and again to thankfulness and forgiveness, where we begin to reflect that “place” - that something - that is beyond understanding and control of the earthly ego. We fall and stumble everyday. The path toward peace becomes more clearer by gradually rising a little bit more and a bit higher along with those falls and stumbles and in the realization that we can not do it alone. Rest, reflect but keep climbing.

“The very basic core of a man’s living spirit is his passion for adventure. The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.” - CHRISTOPHER MCCANDLESS
