Too often we seek perfection where it can never be, and in doing so we lose sight of that place where it truly resides. It is in the intent for peace, returning again and again to thankfulness and forgiveness, where we begin to reflect that “place” - that something - that is beyond understanding and control of the earthly ego. We fall and stumble everyday. The path toward peace becomes more clearer by gradually rising a little bit more and a bit higher along with those falls and stumbles and in the realization that we can not do it alone. Rest, reflect but keep climbing.

My Favorite November on Flickr.Via Flickr:
Why I like sunsets in November. The bare form of naked trees against a glow in the southwestern horizon, still holding the last, lingering warm light of the year before passing into winter.
Sunset at Cox Arboretum near Dayton, Ohio. I captured this image following my first, full-day photography workshop in November 2009.
